Here's a VIDEO that may help you - Standard and enhance calendar view or you can also use the following instructions to solve the issue.  


1.  Go to "Appointments" located on the left menu.


2. Click "Month" found on the top right of the calendar. 


3. Look to the right and tap "Zone" and select your zone once the drop-down menu appears.  


4. Check the "Show All Filtered" box a few items below the Zone. This shows the "Classic" view of the calendar.


5. To change to the "Enhanced" view click the "Classic" drop-down located on the top right. Select "Enhanced" and you will see the provider availability in decreasing order indicated by the green circle around the provider.


6. Once you hover your mouse over the provider icons, it displays the name and availability.
