Here's a VIDEO that may help you - Showing decreasing availablity of providers or you can also use the following instructions to solve the issue.
1. Go to "Appointments" located on the left menu.
2. Select "Month" found on the top right of the calendar.
3. Go to the "Show All Filtered" located on the right box and remove anything in the menu under it.
4. Go to "Zone" (a few options above of "Show All Filters") then select your zone once the drop-down menu appears.
5. Then go to "Gender" (two options down from zone) and select the gender once the drop-down appears.
6. Then click "Show All filtered", then go to the top right and change the menu from classic to enhanced.
