1. Go to "Employee" on the left menu
2. Click the filter icon next to "First Name." and then search your employee's name.
3. After that, tap on your employee's first name. and scroll down the employee's profile until you find "Funding Source Exclusion."
5. Scroll down until you find "Funding Source Exclusion"
6. Tap on the third pencil icon, once the dropdown menu appears select the bottom most entry in the right box, then click the arrow pointing to the left box.
8. Save and then go to "Appointments"
9.Click "Add Appointment", select your "Client", "Service Type", and "Schedule Start Date", After scheduling the start date, click on the clock icon to the right of it, then select the time.
11. If there is an error saying "Therapist already has a session at the time you are trying to schedule" then schedule one day ahead.
12. Save, and you're done.
