Client Biography Tab
Client biography holds the basic information of the client. Fill in the necessary information of the client and click on 'Save'.
Following are some of the important fields of client biography:
Email - Email ID of the parent. If a parent needs access to login to MPM (Enter the Email ID)
Zone Name - It is a logical grouping of all employees and clients. (Multiple zones can be selected)
Status - It defines the current status of the client. By default, the status shows approved, which needs to be changed accordingly. (Select from the drop-down)
Create Login - It will allow the client to Login to the MPM website (checkbox)
Internal Client - Non-billable client (checkbox)
Active - Active clients are those clients for which a user can schedule appointments. Unchecking the checkbox will consider the client inactive. (checkbox)
Note: All the fields marked with "*" are mandatory.
