Client Location Tab
Under the Location Tab, a company fills in the address of the child. The system allows adding multiple locations. If a company adds multiple locations, they can schedule an appointment by selecting the location of their choice.
Below are the Location Tab fields with descriptions:
Name - Name of the location (You can either type or select from the drop-down)
Address 1 - Address of the client (Enter the address)
Phone Number - Phone number of the client or contact number of the location address. (Enter the phone number)
State, City, Zip Code - (Select from the drop-down or enter)
Place of Service - This is where the appointment will take place. It is connected with the billing. (Select from the drop-down)
Notes - You may add any relevant additional information that is not covered in the provided fields for location. (Eg - Be aware of dogs)
Default location - When scheduling an appointment, this location will be set as a default. (Checkbox)
Active - This location will be available for scheduling an appointment (Checkbox)
Do Not Use For Drive Time - If selected, the drive time of the provider will not be recorded for to mentioned location (Checkbox)
Note: All the fields marked with "*" are mandatory.
