Employee Tab and Important fiends of List Employee
Employee
Employee's head has the same interface as Clients.
To start, click "Employee" from the toolbar to the left of the Dashboard. Clicking on '‘Employee'’ takes you directly to the list of the employee added to our system.
The Employee submenu has 2 subheads namely:
A) List Employee
B) Custom Properties
A) List Employee
The arrow indications are discussed in the mentioned points below.
Important fields
1. Employee view
By default, the page shows all active employees. Blue arrows in the above screenshot indicate Inactive Employee and Show Internal Employee. The Inactive Employee checkbox will show only inactive employees and the Show Internal Employee checkbox will show only internal employees.
Inactive Employee - Enployees that are not active in the system (Ex-employees).
Show Internal Employee - You can create non-billable sessions for these employees.
A user can create an inactive employee or internal employee by adding a new employee to the system or by viewing the Employee biography of an employee.
2. Filters
As indicated by the red arrow, filters help to find the name of the employee whose name starts with or contains certain alphabets. A user can use filters to find employees sharing a particular Credential type and Zones.
By double-clicking on the title will arrange the data according to that column.
3. Action
The green arrow in the screenshot is indicating 'Action' under which the user can view 4 icons:
a. Open Lock icon - Authorized users have access to reset the password for the employees.
b. Calendar icon - The user can view the schedule of the employee. It will redirect you to the Calendar View tab under Appointments.
c. Timesheet icon - User can view the timesheet of the employee. This option will redirect you to the Timesheet tab under Payroll.
d. Access Management - Clicking on this icon will redirect the user to the Admin settings to take admin actions for the employee.
