There are 2 subfields under Employee Contact Tab

1. Employee Contact 



To fill in the information, type the name of the location under "Name" like Office or Home. Then fill in the address of the employee's location. Add any necessary information under "Notes" if required. It could be something like 'Be aware of dogs'.


While scheduling an appointment when the employee selects the mentioned location, the SMS for that appointment will be received on the Phone number and Office phone number mentioned here.

 

Note: All the fields marked with "*" are mandatory.


Click ‘Save’ after inputting all relevant information and proceed to ‘Emergency Contact.’



2. Emergency Contact 



Fill out all the mandatory emergency contact information. Click 'Save' and you have successfully completed the contact information for the employee.
