Introduction to Appointments and Dashboard under Appointments


This module helps you view, add, or edit appointments and the availability of clients and providers (if established). 

Click on the drop-down arrow next to the ‘Appointment’ tab on the left-hand toolbar. A drop-down menu will appear that allows users to select from a variety of views, configure scheduling rules, and view availability. You will see next how to view the Dashboard under Appointments. 



6.1 Dashboard




Note: Limited people have access to the Dashboard Tab under Appointments.


When you click on Dashboard under Appointments, you will be able to view the following widgets regarding appointments:


  • Employee Cancellations (%)
  • Top 10 Cancellations by Employee
  • Client Session History
  • Top 10 Utilization
  • Auth Reports By Current Week/Month
  • Supervisors Provided Services
  • Client availability for RBTs
  • Appointment Status (%)
