6.2 Calendar View




The Calendar View Tab allows users to view client and provider schedules as well as create appointments.


Right side filter menu


1. Classic and Enhanced View 


This portion comes in handy with the providers selected. Clicking on 'Show All Filtered (P)' will present data for all the providers. By default, the page is set as a Classic view.


Classic View - It presents the written details of the number of provider's (P) scheduled (S), rendered (R), canceled (C), and total (T) appointments. 




Enhanced View - It presents the percentage of utilization of the provider.





2. Choose Client - To view a client schedule first, locate the Client Filters menu on the right side of your browser window. A user will be able to view 5 options under choose Client:


a. Zone - Zone name (select from the drop-down)

b. Include Inactive - If enabled, the appointments for all the inactive clients will be visible in the Calendar View. (checkmark)

c. Show all filtered (C) - It will show all the appointments for the active clients. (checkmark)

d. Add Client - To view appointments for a particular client (Type the name of the client to add, multiple clients can be added)

e. Show Treatment Team - If enabled, all the appointments of the client will be visible. If a treatment team has been created, only team members will be shown under the provider list. (checkmark) 


3. Availability - Select a range of availability for which you want to view the appointments.


4. Min Degree - Filter appointments as per the degree of the provider.


5. Zone - Users may limit the number of appointment views by selecting a zone, which will only allow viewing appointments for a particular zone.


6. ZIP Code - Select a ZIP Code from the drop-down to view appointments prevailing in that particular region.


7. Gender - Filter appointments as per gender.


8. Language Spoken - Filter as per the language spoken. This will produce a filtered list of available providers that meet specified requirements.


9. Provider - A user will be able to view 3 options under 'Name' to filter providers. 


a. Include Inactive - If enabled, the appointments for all the inactive providers will be visible in the Calendar View. (checkmark)

b. Show all filtered (P) - It will show all the appointments for the active providers. (checkmark)

c. Add Provider - To view appointments for a particular provider. The system will indicate the percentage availability of the provider next to their name. (Type the name of the provider to add, multiple providers can be added)



The top portion of the Calendar View



1. Filters

All the filters applied from the right side filter menu will display on the top portion of the Calendar View.


2. Appointment Status

Outlined color on the appointments signify:


a. Confirmed - Green

b. Rendered - Blue

c. Cancelled - Red

d. Rendered Altered - Dotted Blue


3. Add Appointment


Use the 'Add Appointment' button to schedule an appointment. A user can also add appointments by double-clicking on the calendar. 



4. Send appointment notifications

After scheduling an appointment, a user can notify the concerned client about the appointment by clicking on the Send icon. 


5. View Schedule

Users can view the schedule for providers and clients by Day, Work Week, Week, and Month by using the tabs near the top of the screen.
