This article reviews all MPM Clinical permissions that span across the Web and Mobile-App. To edit/access permissions select Admin from the lefthand navigation menu. Find the group you would like to edit the permissions for and select the key icon under the access column to open the permissions. From here you can scroll of search for the permission of interest or use one of the funnel icons to search. If the permission is turned on (checked off) the group will have access to the feature, and if it is turned off (unchecked) they will not.
Clinical Permissions on the Website
Clinical Settings
Selecting this option will allow authorized users to access the Clinical Settings tab in your MeasurePM facility’s website.
Client Profiles
Selecting this option will allow authorized users to access and edit client clinical profiles. Specifically, it will include ability to edit all profile configurations (Behavior configurations, assessments, ABC properties, creating and exporting graphs, etc.) but it will exclude program configurations. Some program configurations are included within this property, but others are parsed out into other permissions which are outlined in detail later in this guide.
The clients that the user has access to depends on if the following permission is selected:
Selecting this option shows clients for the user that are in the same zone association. This would be in addition to any clients that they are seeing because they are on the treatment team.
Program/Goal Library
There are two separate permissions that will grant access to the Program Library. The first, Clinical Settings- Program Library will allow authorized users to view but, but not edit, programs/goals in your facility’s program library.
The second permission, Clinical Settings- Save Edit Programs, will allow authorized users to access, create, edit, and delete programs/goals in your facility’s program library.
Note that this does not give permission to editing programs at the client level, it is only allowing editing at the program library level.
Domains & Program Categories
Selecting the above options allows authorized users to access, create, edit, and delete domains and program categories. These domains and categories can be utilized to organize your facility’s Program/Goal Library.
Import Programs
Selecting this option allows authorized users to import programs into your facility’s Program Library using MeasurePM’s Program Import Template. If you are utilizing this feature please reach out to our MPM Support team for assistance.
Clinical Settings
Selecting the above permission grants access to overall clinical settings. This would entail ability to edit clinical site defaults, including default ABC properties, default tracked trends, default DRO program, and your sites menu of Prompts and Data Recording Types.
Files & Videos
Selecting the above permissions allows authorized users to upload and assign relevant files (PDF only) and videos (.MOV or .MP4) for use within instructional programs on MeasurePM’s website. These files can later be mapped onto Programs in the Program Library. Once mapped, you will be able to view them on the Mobile-App under those Programs. Common examples of files and videos include written instruction procedures and video modeling clips.
Behavior Library
There are two separate permissions that will grant access to the Behavior Library. The first, Clinical Settings- Behavior Library will allow authorized users to view but, but not edit, behaviors in your facility’s program library.
The second permission, Clinical Settings- Save Edit Behaviors, will allow authorized users to access, create, edit, and delete behaviors in your facility’s program library.
Note that this does not give permission to editing behaviors at the client level, it is only allowing editing at the behavior library level.
Behavior Categories
Selecting this option allows authorized users to create Behavior Categories that can be utilized to organize your facility’s Behavior Library.
Progress Reports
There are several permissions related to progress reports;
Site Level permissions:
Selecting this option allows authorized users to add progress report templates, edit, and delete templates in your site.
Selecting this option allows authorized users to add, edit, and delete progress report custom properties in your site.
Client Level permissions:
Selecting this option gives access to generate progress reports at the client level.
Selecting this option allows authorized users to edit finalized client Progress Report Status. Specifically, it allows users to return a finalized report to a draft status.
VB-MAPP Client Flag
Selecting this option allows authorized users to enable and disable the VB-MAPP assessment at the client level.
Clinical Reports
Selecting this option allows select users to access the Reports tab in the left-side menu.
Authorized users can select the below steps to access and view client program, behavior, ABC data, data edits, and/or appointment clinical summary reports, respectively.
Sample Program report
Clinical Appointment Summary
This report option allows users to view clinical appointment summary information per appointment, such as total programs committed, total behaviors occurred, and total trials recorded.
Clinical Behavior Summary
This report option allows users to view behavior records per appointment.
Clinical ABC Data Summary
This report option allows users to view ABC Data records per committed record.
Clinical Program Summary
This report option allows users to view program records per appointment.
Clinical Mastered Targets
This report option allows users to view the targets that were mastered within a given date range
Clinical Target Status
This report option allows users to view the current statuses of targets for a client/clients.
Clinical Program Mapping
This report option allows users to view which programs are mapped to a clients profile and the same program across multiple client profiles.
Clinical Program Target Notes
This report option allows users to view program target notes in report format.
Clinical Data Edits and Editors
This report option allows users to view a record of changes that were made to committed data and who made those changes.
Trial By Trial Report
This report option allows users to view trial by trial data per committed program.
Programs Not Committed Report
This report option allows users to view a record of which programs have not been committed within a certain date range.
Program Outcomes Report
This report option allows users to view the first program data that was committed and the most recent program data that was committed (within the selected date range) and compares the first set of data to the most recent. Specifically it shows the raw value difference and the percentage differences between the data sets.
Behavior Outcomes Report
This report option allows users to view the first behavior data that was committed and the most recent behavior data that was committed (within the selected date range) and compare the first set of data to the most recent. It also shows an average of the first 3 days of behavior data and most recent 3 days of behavior data (within the selected date range) and compares the 3 day averages. Specifically it shows the raw value difference and the percentage differences between the data sets.
Provider Instructional Trial Report
This report option allows users to view the number of programs that were committed and the number of program trials that were committed across appointments.
Program Configuration Permissions on the Website & Mobile-App
Program Mapping
Selecting this option will allow users to map or un-map programs from the client profile. It also authorizes users to change the status of the program (In Progress, Maintenance, Mastered, Parent Training, On Hold) which can be done on the Web or Mobile-App.
Unlocking Programs from the Client Clinical Profile
Currently, selecting this option allows users will allow authorized users to unlock programs from the Web-App that have been locked when either a configured tracked trend or success criteria has been detected. Both MeasurePM’s trend tracking and success criteria feature can be configured to lock instructional programs based on your client’s program data, which can then be unlocked following review by authorized users. Note, programs can also be unlocked from both the Web and Mobile-App. Refer to the subsequent Mobile-App permissions section for more information on unlocking programs from the Mobile-App.
My Lineups
Selecting this option allows users to create and edit Lineups on the Web. Note, Lineups can be created and edited from both the Web and Mobile-App. Refer to the subsequent Mobile-App section for information regarding My Lineups on the Mobile-App.
Configuring Programs at the Client Level
There below permissions apply to editing program configurations on the client level on both the Web and Mobile-App.
Instructional Strategy (Measurement Type)
Selecting this option allows users to modify the instructional strategy/measurement type (i.e., DTI, Frequency, Duration, Rate, Time Sampling, and Task Analysis) on the Web and Mobile-App.
Phase Objective/Short Term Goal
Selecting this option allows users to add or modify the program phase objective or short term goal on the Web and Mobile-App.
Program/Goal Objective
Selecting this option allows users to add or modify client level Program goals or objectives on the Web and Mobile-App.
Instructional Directions
Selecting this option allows users to add or modify client level Program instructional or procedural directions on the Web and Mobile-App.
Success Criteria
Selecting this option allows users to configure or modify the mastery criteria for a given instructional goal or program on the Web and Mobile-App.
Prompt Bank, Prompt Strategy, & Prompt Description
Selecting this option allows users to add and modify the prompt bank, the selected prompt strategy, and prompt descriptions to a given instructional program on the Web and Mobile-App.
Prompt Level
Selecting this option allows users to add and modify the current prompt level assigned for the program on the Web and Mobile-App.
Antecedent and Response
Selecting this option allows users to add or modify program antecedents and target responses on the Web and Mobile-App.
Response Type
Selecting this option allows users to add or modify response types for a given program on the Web and Mobile-App.
Targets and Trials
Selecting this option allows users to add, assign, and modify instructional targets as well as allocate the number of trials for each target and the number of trials for the program on the Web and Mobile-App.
Trend Tracking
Selecting this option allows users to configure trend tracking settings on the Web. Note that trends can only be configured on the Web, not the Mobile-App.
Token Board Settings
Selecting this allows users to configure token settings for the program on the Web and Mobile-App. I.e., the user will be able to decide if the program should or should not be included in the token reinforcement schedule.
External Links
Selecting this allows users to add external links to the program configurations on the Web. Note that trends can only be configured on the Web, not the Mobile-App.
Clinical Permissions- Mobile-App Only
My Client Profiles
Selecting this option allows authorized users to view the client clinical profiles (clinical information, graphs, configurations) for clients that are within their treatment team. This information is viewed in the My Clients list on the Mobile-App, outside of an appointment. Leaving this unselected means that the users will not have access to any client profiles on the app. Please note: if this permission is not granted, users will see the clinical information for the client during their appointment with that client.
Selecting this option shows clients for the user that are in the same zone association. This would be in addition to any clients that they are seeing because they are on the treatment team.
SOAP Note History
Selecting this option allows users to access SOAP Note History from the client dashboard (i.e., when the permission is granted, users can review SOAP Notes from previous appointments).
Appointment History
Selecting this option allows users to access Appointment History from the client dashboard (i.e., when the permission is granted, users can view committed program and behavior data from previous appointments).
My Lineup
Selecting this option allows users to create, edit, and delete Lineups on the Mobile-App. Note, Lineups can be created and edited from both the Web and Mobile-App. Refer to the previous Web section for information regarding My Lineups on the Web-App.
Token Board
Selecting this option will allow authorized users to exclude or include programs from interacting with the Token Board on the Mobile-App. Selecting this option also allows authorized users to edit the Token Board reinforcement schedule on the Mobile-App.
Unlocking Programs
Selecting this option will allow authorized users to unlock programs from the Mobile-App that have been locked when either a configured tracked trend or success criteria has been detected. Both MeasurePM’s trend tracking and success criteria feature can be configured to lock instructional programs based on your client’s program data, which can then be unlocked following review by authorized users. Note, programs can also be unlocked from both the Web and Mobile-App. Refer to the above Web permissions section for more information on unlocking programs from the Web.
Editing Committed Program Data
Selecting this option will allow authorized users to edit committed program data when in the Program Data screen on the Mobile-App. For those with permission, editing is accessed after selecting the lock.
Behavior Configuration Permissions on the Website & Mobile-App
Behavior Mapping
Selecting this option will allow authorized users the ability to map behaviors onto or out of the client profile on the Mobile-app.

Configuring Behaviors at the Client Level
The following permissions refer to areas within the Configure tab for behaviors on the Mobile-App.
Behavior Definition and Goal
Selecting this option allows users to add and modify behavior definitions and behavior goals.
Behavior Intervention Configurations: Antecedent Strategies, Consequence Strategies and Replacement Behaviors
Selecting this option allows users to add and modify antecedent strategies, consequence strategies and replacement behaviors.
Behavior Function
Selecting this option allows users to modify function of behavior selections (i.e., select or unselect the checkboxes) and add new functions at the client level.
Behavior Measurement Type
Selecting this option allows users to define how a behavior will be measured on the Mobile-app.
Restart DRO
Selecting this option allows users to configure whether or not the occurrence of a target behavior will restart the DRO gameboard interval on the Mobile-app.
Editing Historical ABC Data
Selecting this option will allow authorized users to edit historical ABC data records in the mobile app.
Editing Behavior Data
Selecting this option will allow authorized users to edit recorded behavior data on the Behavior Data screen on the Mobile-App. There is no permission needed to edit the behavior from the appointment in which it was taken.
Graphing on the Mobile-App

Selecting these options will allow users to view program and behavior graphs on the Mobile-App, respectively.
Phase Lines

Selecting this option will allow users to add and/or remove phase change lines on program graphs on the Mobile-App, and/or edit existing phase lines, respectively.
