This guide demonstrates how to edit data that has been committed. Editing is done via the Mobile-App. Editing any committed program data and/or behavior data from previous appointments is done by permission only. Editing behavior data from the current appointment is not permission based, and can be done by the user.

Program Data

Steps to Edit Program Data:

    1. Via the Mobile-App, select the client’s program that you wish to edit the data of, and then select Program Data from the individual program menu.

2. Select the lock on the top-right of the screen. Users who do not have permission to edit data will not have the text “Tap to Unlock” text displayed and selecting the lock will not have any consequences. For users who do have permission, when tapped, the lock will open.

3. If you would simply like to view the data, rather than edit you can do so without unlocking by scrolling though the data. If sequential trial by trial data was collected you can use the eye icon to view a break down of the collected data by trial. Note this is not available when the undo button was used or bulk trials were recorded (hold to add trials).

4. You can use the date navigation bar at the bottom to scroll through the dates/days in which you’d like view the data of or to add/edit data. A green tringle above a date indicates that there is a piece of committed data. If you see multiple green triangles, it means the program was committed multiple times that day. If you do not see any green triangles above a date, it indicates no data was committed for the program that day.

5. To delete data, first unlock editing, then select the trash can icon at the bottom of the screen.

Following, a pop-up will appear confirming you wish to delete the data.

Select “OK” if you would like to delete and “Cancel” if not.

6. If you would like to add data/ add a trial, you can tap the blue squares as you would on the data recording screen. If you would like to remove data/ remove a trial hold down the blue squares for 3 seconds and you will see it disappear. When done, select Commit Changes, or to scrap your changes, select Discard Changes.

7. If you would like to add an entirely new set of data, select the Add New Program Data button.

8. Next select the appointment for which you would like to add the data from the drop down menu. Please be aware only appointments from the last 3 weeks will be available for selection.

9. From there, add data as you would on the recording screen and select Commit. If you would like to start over, hit discard.

Once committed, the data will appear on the date in which it was added to.
