P notes are the provider notes that the provider fills if they need to add any additional information regarding the session.

To make bulk changes, users can select multiple appointments by clicking the Select All button which is located at the bottom of the page. At the bottom of the page, the user will also be able to view the Action drop-down from where you can change session status, location, and provider to existing sessions by selecting an appropriate action from the dropdown menu. After selecting the appropriate action, select the appropriate selection from the secondary menu and click on 'OK' to save the changes.

A user can edit some of the information by clicking on the edit icon (next to the checkbox) as well.

As seen in the below picture, some sessions are outlined with the yellow highlighted color which are indicating that the provider has been paid for those sessions.
