SMS/Email
This option allows users to send email or SMS to the providers and the clients. To send a message via SMS charges may apply whereas Emails are free.
A user may select the Type of Communication that is SMS or Email, Audience type as well as use Filter Criteria to send the message zone-wise or group-wise.
Note: All messages are one way.
Make sure that the 'Enable SMS' option in the employe/client biography is enabled to receive SMS.
