7. My Appointments


Under My Appointments, authorized users to render sessions, view schedules, add tasks, leaves, and timesheets.



7.1 List Appointments


The List Appointments option allows providers to view their schedule by day, week, or month as well as create appointments. 



Clicking on the 'Create Appointment' button will redirect the user to the Calendar view tab where they can schedule their session.


To view the appointments, click on the day, week, or month option and the user will be able to view the appointments which can be seen below.




Providers may filter through their appointments by clicking on the ‘My Appointments’ dropdown near the top of your screen as indicated by the arrow:



A series of menu options including Client, Service type, and date range will appear, which users can use to provide a filtered list of sessions as shown below:



Users will also be able to update the status and upload the signature for a session by clicking on the checkbox as indicated below and then selecting the appropriate selections from the 'Action' and 'Appointment Status' dropdown menus. Once appropriate selections have been made, please press “OK.”



Clicking on the pencil icon under the Edit column will allow the user to make changes in the date, time, status, and miles for an appointment. After making the required changes, click on the tick mark as indicated below and the changes will be applied successfully.
