My Timesheet


This option allows users to view, edit, and submit their timesheets during a given Pay Period. In addition, select users/administrators may also be granted permission to edit or submit timesheets on the behalf of employees.


To view user timesheets, click on ‘Select Pay Period’ and choose the appropriate pay period from the drop-down menu. Select ‘Employee’ and click ‘GO.’ This allows users to view all timesheets for the selected pay period as seen in the image below:


Users will then have the option to select ‘Add Drive Time’ or ‘No Drive Time' by clicking on the appropriate selection. 

Add Drive Time’ - Clicking on this option will add drive time in between the sessions where the number of miles will automatically be added to the system.


No Drive Time' - Submitting the timesheet after clicking on the 'No Drive Time' checkbox will not include drive time.


Under My timesheet, after selecting Pay Period, Employee, and clicking on Go, a user can also view its overall billable hours, non-billable hours, drive time hours, break time hours, total hours (total of billable hours, non-billable hours, drive time hours, and break time hours) and the number of total miles done in the selected timesheet.


Note: To add break time, please contact MPM Support.



To edit individual appointment information, click on the ‘Edit’ icon, which will allow users to change the ‘Time In,’ ‘Time Out’, and ‘Miles.’ To save any changes, click on the checkmark icon in the edit field. Users may cancel changes by clicking on the cancellation icon. 


Once all timesheets have been reviewed and any necessary modifications have been made, timesheets may be submitted by clicking on ‘Submit Timesheet’ shown in the above screenshot.
