My Inbox


Under My Appointments, a user will see the option 'My Inbox'. It allows the user to send emails to any client or provider. A user can select the way of communication which could be to an individual, group, or a particular zone. Clicking on My Inbox will open a new tab where a user will be able to view all the emails. 




1. View an Email

To view an email, click on the check box as shown below. It will display the mail details.



2. Write new Email

Click on 'New Mail' at the top left of the screen. Fill in the necessary information. A user can attach files. Click 'Send'.



3. Reply

Select the email by clicking on the check box you want to reply to. Click on the 'Reply' drop-down as shown below and reply.
