Payroll

Payroll allows users to submit, view and/or update timesheets.


There are 3 sub-heads under Payroll:

1. Timesheet

2. Process Timesheet

3. Payroll Status



1. Timesheet


Only authorized users are permitted to use the 'Timesheet Tab' where they can search for any employee in the organization for a timesheet. Here, the user can submit or edit a timesheet on behalf of any employee.  


Clicking on ‘Timesheet’ allows users to submit a timesheet by selecting ‘Pay Period’ >> ‘Employee’ >> ‘Go,’ as indicated in the image below:



To edit, update or view the timesheet, select the ‘Pay Period’ >> Employee >> ‘GO’ icon. This will display the appointment sessions of the selected employee. Users may also edit information by clicking on the ‘Edit’ icon (pencil icon) located at the start of the timesheet data. As indicated by the arrows below, input ‘Time In’ and ‘Time out’ and click on the ‘tick’ mark.


Note: There is an option to either ‘Add drive time’ or simply select ‘No Drive Time’ to the timesheet.



After going through the timesheet for the employee, click on the 'Submit timesheet' button to process the payroll.
