2. Process Payroll


This option allows users to process or view the payroll information of an employee. 


To begin, click on ‘Process Payroll’ and then select the appropriate ‘Pay Period’ from the dropdown menu. Next, select the appropriate ‘Employee’ and click on the ‘Process/View’ button as indicated by the arrow:


In order to make changes to an existing entry, select the checkbox under the ‘Edit’ column, choose ‘Action’ from the dropdown menu at the bottom of the screen, and click ‘OK’ which will save all changes.

3. Payroll Status


Only authorized users have access to the 'Payroll Process Tab' where they can change the status of payroll in bulk i.e. for all the employees of the particular pay period. Select a Pay period and then choose the appropriate status from the drop-down menu as shown below:


Click on 'Go' and the status for all the payroll of a particular pay period will be updated.
