Client Communication Type
‘Log Type’ is used as a setting to define log types in the system.
Click on the drop-down as indicated by the arrow:
Add the desired ‘Log’ and click on ‘Save.’
Users can also edit or delete any log type by clicking on the edit or delete icon under ‘Action.’ Please refer to the image below:
This action will be reflected under the Clients Tab in a client profile while adding/editing a client communication as indicated by the arrow below.
