Credentials/Qualification Settings


Credential/Qualification settings will allow organizations to map the required credentials, clearance levels, qualifications, and training required for all employees by type.


Below are all the options that we have under the Master Tab:


1. Clearance type

2. Credential type

3. Degrees

4. Employee type

5. Employee type qualification

6. Intake

7. Leave type

8. Training type


These options will appear under Site settings only if the user has permission to view it.


Permissions


To provide the permissions, go to

>> Admin

>> Access



>> Under the description column filter 'based on site'. It will display all the options under the Master tab.


>> Check mark all the options which needs to be visible for the particular group.

>> Click Save.


>> After making the changes, logout and login to the system.


>> Now the user will have access to view all the options under the Employee tab.




How to Add?


The system has made it easy for the users to add the credential/qualification types.


Below is a demo of how you can add the credential/qualification types.


1. Click on the plus icon at the top of the page to add the new employee type. 


2. Create the employee type. You can select multiple employee types from the dropdown. Mark them as Active if required and click Save. 



3. And the employee type will be added to the system. Note: Multiple employee types will appear with comma seperations.



This action will be reflected under the Employees Tab in an employee profile while adding/editing employee information as indicated by the arrows below.


4. If you wish to delete any credentials or qualifications, from Site Settings/Employee/Clearance Type or Qualification type click on the Trash Can icon to delete and a pop up message will appear at the top of your screen asking for confirmation. Click OK.
