Manage Site Properties


In ‘Manage Site Properties,’ users can create a default or main Site/Facility.


To establish a site, select the appropriate division from the dropdown menu and enter in the name, email, EIN, NPI, Tax code, Active Dates, and password.



Below are the definitions of the fields to fill in the manage site details:


Division - select the appropriate division (Select from the dropdown menu)

Name - Name of your facility (Enter the name)

Email Id - Email Id of the facility (Enter the Email Id)

EIN - Tax ID number of the company (Enter the number)

NPI - Unique Id code (Enter the number)

Tax Code - (Enter the number)

Active From - Starting active date of the company as per the license (Enter *date* in the date format MM/DD/YYYY)

Active To - Ending active date of the company as per the license (Enter *date* in the date format MM/DD/YYYY)

Password - Default password for the site. (Enter the default password)

Sftp User Name - (Enter the user name of your Sftp)

Sftp Password - Password for Sftp (Enter the password)

Mileage Rate - As per the drive time of therapists from their first appointment to the second 

Session Timeout - A dialogue box appears for session timeout when the user login for a long time (Set as per seconds)

Time Zone - Time Zone of the facility (Select from the dropdown menu)

Invoice Due Days - Select a due date for the invoice 

Logo - Upload the logo of your facility (click on upload image to upload)

Follow FLSA Rule - HR rules (checkmark)

Payroll Confirmation Message - This message will be received by the therapists after their payroll confirmation (create the message in the text box)


Next, you will enter the location name, address, phone, and place of service. You may also select Default and Active to indicate an active, default location.
