Provider Note Status


This option allows users to create a desired ‘Note Status’ to be reflected throughout the system. 

To create a new note status, click on ‘Provider Note Status’ and enter the name and click ‘Save.’


This action will be reflected in the List View under the Appointment Tab and List Appointments under My Appointments.


Under List View

To view, go to any appointment and scroll to the left. Click on 'Pnotes' (Provider Notes) as shown below. A dialogue box will appear to fill the notes. Click on 'Select Note Status' as indicated by the arrow below and you will be able to view the note status created.



Under List Appointments

In an appointment under 'SNotes', click on the note icon as shown below. On the dialogue box, you will be able to view the Note Status drop-down menu.
