Reports
To get access to report page, go to Admin and, click on the key icon under the access column for the group you want to provide access to. Filter 'report' under Page Category, enable both R/W(Read and write) and R(Read only) and save it.
Clicking on Report will redirect you to a new Report Tab. In it you will see reports for clients, employees, finance, schedules, payroll, and clinical information.
Reports come in three formats:
1. Print Reports
2. Data Reports
3. History Reports
1. Print Reports
Print reports contain PDF/document form reports.
Users may download files in any format they require. To download a file, use the arrow button as shown below:
2. Data Reports
Data reports hold data in the form of Excel formats.
To export the data to Excel, click on the 'Export to Excel' button as indicated by the arrow below:
3. History reports
This is a new format of reports. We have schedule and financial reports under it. Kindly create a ticket with support to add a new report under it.

The heading row of all the Data reports is frozen for better viewing of the data.
