MeasurePM's Mobile-App has access for parents and caregivers to log in to view and sign appointments, view soap notes, view My Communication records, send and receive secured messages with your company, and view invoices.
Downloading the Mobile-App
Please download the free MeasurePM Mobile-App from the App Store on any of the following types of devices. Hold your device camera over the QR code below and you will see a link to the App store pop up on your device screen. Select it, and download the App.

Please ensure you are always using the most recent available version of the App. You can do this by turning on automatic Mobile-App updates on your device, or by manually updating. You will be alerted if a new update is available upon signing in.
Logging in to the Mobile-App
Enter the email address that the company has on file for you. For the password, you should have already been given login credentials from your facility, or you may have received them in an automated email.
Sibling information can be viewed via the same login and account.
Please note: It is recommended to change your password from the default password given to you. Changing passwords can only be done via the Website.
After the login credentials are input, select “LOGIN” to access your portal.
Home Dashboard Navigation
You will see the following options available to you.
My Appointments
Selecting this button brings you to a page where you can view all scheduled appointments for your child/children and sign rendered appointments.
To view the appointments for a given day, select any Month/Date/Year on the top row, or a date on the second row to view the appointments for that day.
An appointment list will be displayed with the following information:
- Client Name
- Provider name
- Service
- Appointment start time
- Appointment duration
- Location name
- Appointment status
- There will also be a colored circle to the left of the appointment to indicate appointment status
- A green circle indicates that the appointment is confirmed.
- A blue circle indicates that the appointment is rendered.
- A blue circle with a check-mark indicates that the appointment is rendered and signed.
- A red circle indicates that the appointment is canceled.
- There will also be a colored circle to the left of the appointment to indicate appointment status
Selecting an appointment thumbnail will open up the soap note/session note
Signing via My Appointments
Below the Soap Note is a “Sign” button.
A pop-up will appear with the following:
- Appointment time and duration
- A box for your signature
- Drag your finger across the box to create a signature
- A place to type in your name
- A box to select to apply THIS signature to all previously unsigned, rendered appointments for this child.
Unsigned Appointments
You can utilize this page to view a list of all unsigned, rendered appointments, and sign them. You can sign then individually by selecting an appointment and signing in the pop-up, or by selecting multiple at once and then selecting Add Signature.
My Inbox
You can use this feature to send and receive messages from providers.

My Communication
You can use this feature to view any communication that your facility has documented for joint-access view.
MyInvoices
You can use this feature to view paid and unpaid invoices for copays, private pay, or other.
Log Out
Select “Log out” when you have completed your intended use with the App.
Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing any issues, please check your Mobile-App store for updates. Using old version of the Mobile-App can lead to issues.
