Parents can log in to the MeasurePM parent portal to see schedules, sign appointments, view SOAP/Session Notes, send and receive secured messages, respond to tasks, pay invoices, document client leaves, access and sign progress reports, and view documented communication records, for their child or children.

This guide is intended to help users activate parent portals for their clients and to be aware of the relevant settings. Please see the corresponding guides for navigating the parent portal on the Mobile-App and Website.

Setting up the Parent Portal Account:

Step 1: Ensure client has an email address in the Client Details

Step 2: Select “Send Password Email” from within the Client Details pop-up

Once “Send Password Email” is selected, the parent portal is now active. The parent will receive an email with the login credentials.

The default password for any new parent portal is always the default password for the company’s site, as set within the Manage Site Settings page, within Site Settings.

The parent will be prompted to change their password upon their first time logging onto the website.

With or without changing the password, the parent can freely log on to the website or the Mobile-App.

Resetting Passwords

In order to reset the password for the parent’s portal, select “Reset Password”. This will reset their password to the site default password, and send an email to them with the default password.

Sibling Accounts

If the client is a sibling of an existing client, ensure their names are listed in the each other’s client details tabs so that the parent uses the same log in to access both children.

Settings that Impact the Parent Portal:
