Overview
On MeasurePM’s Mobile-App, users are able to view Appointment History. The purpose of this page is to see a summary of appointments, including a summary of all programs and behaviors that occurred during a given session. Specifically, users may view total trials per session, individual program and behavior records as well as individual program or behavior graphs. This feature is helpful to see the progress of the client as well as monitor staff productivity across sessions.
Please note that viewing Appointment History is only available when connected to a network and is not available in offline mode.
Accessing the Client Dashboard
Appointment History can be accessed from the client profile and can be viewed both within an appointment and outside of an appointment. To get started, log in to the Mobile-App, and from the Employee Dashboard you can either resume/start an appointment or select Client Profiles to access the Client Dashboard.
To access the Client Dashboard within an appointment, select Start or Resume on an appointment and you will be brought to the Client Dashboard. If accessing outside of an appointment, select Client Profiles from the Employee Dashboard. From there, select the name of the client for whom you would like to view the appointment history. To find the client’s name you can either search for a client’s name using the search bar or scroll to find the client’s name. Once you have found the client, select their name, and you will be brought to the Client Dashboard.

From the Client Dashboard, select Appointment History.

Once on the Appointment History screen, you will be able to view the clinical overview of appointments.
The graph displayed shows the number of total trials committed during the appointment. The value of each data point represents the number of trials committed during that appointment. The symbols of each data point indicate the type of data collected during the session:
- Circle: Only programs were committed during the session.
- Triangle: Only behaviors were committed during the session.
- Circle and Triangle: Both behaviors and programs were committed during the session.
Select a data point on the graph to view the details of that appointment populate below. If the date you would like to view is not on the graph, you can select the blue numbered toggle arrows to view more dates or select the filter button to select a specific date range.
Once you have selected a data point, the Appointment Details will populate in a window below. Scroll through the window to view the date and time of the appointment, the provider, and all data collected (programs and behaviors).
To Expand the Appointment Details, select the bi-directional arrow icon in the upper-right corner of the Appointment Details window. To minimize the window, select the icon again and the view will be Collapsed.
You will notice that beside each piece of data, there is a Graph button. Select this button to be taken to the program or behavior graph.
Select the back arrow in the top-left corner to return to the Client Dashboard at any time.
