Overview

This guide was developed to provide MeasurePM users with an overview of how to create appointments. Appointments can be created on both the Web-App and Mobile-App and will sync to the server when created, meaning the appointments will be viewable from both the Web-App and Mobile-App. 


Please note that scheduling appointments is permission based. This means that only authorized individuals within your facility will have access to the scheduling features. 


Making Appointments on the Web-App

Users can create Appointments on the Web-App through Calendar View and Timeline View, both of which can be accessed from the My Appointments dropdown menu. 

Calendar View

Calendar View can be accessed in 2 ways. The first of which is selecting Calendar View from the Appointments drop down menu. From here, users can view all appointments, schedule appointments and edit appointments. 

To add an appointment, select Add Appointment from the top right-hand corner or double click a blank space in the calendar. Both of these options will open the scheduling window.

Below is a preview of the scheduling window. Here users can fill in the appointment information. Some of the information will populate for you after selecting a client name. Any required property is indicated with an asterisk. Once you have filled in the required information, select Save. If you select Cancel, the appointment will be discarded, and you will be brought back to the Calendar view.

Users can also access the Calendar view by selecting List Appointments from the My Appointments dropdown menu from the left-hand navigation bar. From here, providers can view their own appointments, make changes to appointments, and create appointments. To create an appointment select Create Appointment in the top right-hand corner. This will open Calendar View and users can add appointments in the same manner as above.

Timeline View

Users can access Timeline View by selecting Timeline View from the Appointments drop down menu on the left-hand navigate bar. From here users can view appointments, edit appointments, and schedule appointments. To create an appointment from this view, double click a blank timeslot. From here the same appointment scheduling window will open and you can enter the information as above.

Making Appointments on the Mobile-App

Users can create and view all appointments on the Mobile-App as well as on the Web-App. This can be done in two ways; through My Appointments from the Employee Dashboard or from + Add Appointment on the Client Dashboard. 

My Appointments- Employee Dashboard

To get started, log onto your Mobile-App as a provider. Once logged on the Employee Dashboard will open. From there, select My Appointments to view, edit, or schedule appointments.

From the Appointments page, select + Add Appointment. From there, an appointment scheduling window will open and users can enter the appropriate information. After selecting a client, some information will populate for you. Any other required property will be outlined in red font. Once you have inputted all necessary information, you can move to the next tab in the scheduling window; Data/Time.

From this tab, users can select the data on which the appointment should occur by using the date dropdown menus. Users can also modify the appointment time using the time scrolls.

Next, users can move to the Notes tab where if applicable, Scheduler notes can be entered. This is an optional feature which does not have to be used. Then, once satisfied with the appointment configurations, select Save. If you select Close without saving your appointment will be discarded.

+ Add Appointment- Client Dashboard

To access the Client Dashboard, either start/resume an appointment or select My Client Profiles from the Employee Dashboard. Then from the client list that populates, select the appropriate client’s name. Once selected, their Client Dashboard will open and from here you can create appointments for this specific client using the + Add Appointment button at the bottom of the screen.

Once selected, the same appointment scheduling window as above will open. The only difference will be that the Client Name is already present. This is because from the Client Dashboard, you are only able to schedule appointments for the selected client. 

Reminders

  • Any appointments you schedule on the Web-App will also appear on the Mobile-App and vice versa. 
  • Scheduling appointments is permission based, and not everyone will have access to do so. 
  • When scheduling appointments on the Mobile-App:
    •  My Appointments from the Employee Dashboard- users can schedule appointments for any client.
    • Add Appointment from the Client Dashboard- users can only schedule appointments for the selected client.
