SOAP Note Configuration

Selecting this option will allow users to add, remove, and edit phase custom SOAP note properties, or fields, that can be utilized in the SOAP notes templates.  *For more details, please see the SOAP Notes Properties Index.

Selecting this option will allow users to create SOAP notes templates by adding or removing SOAP note properties.

Selecting this option will allow users to enhance the SOAP note templates created, by grouping selected properties together as desired (e.g. to have a section for provider information and a separate section for client information). 

SOAP Note Viewing and Editing

Edit Other Provider Soap Notes

Selecting this option will allow users to view and edit SOAP notes on MeasurePM’s website and for other providers’ appointments on the Mobile-App, respectively.

Edit Any SOAP Note After Submitted

After a provider selects “Submit” on their SOAP Note via the website or Mobile-App, it can only be edited by returning the SOAP Note to “draft”, and only users with this permission selected have that ability. 

To edit, access the  the SOAP Note via List View:

Once the SOAP note populates, only authorized users have a SAVE button, and so only they can make edits to the SOAP note.

SOAP Note Details Report 

Selecting this option will allow users to view and print SOAP notes in the Reports section on MeasurePM’s website.

SOAP Note History (Mobile-App only)

Selecting this option allows users to access the SOAP Note History tab found on the Client Dashboard (i.e., when this permission is turned off, the SOAP Note History button will be hidden).
