Steps to clear the cache on your Android mobile phone or device
Storage is where the programs and configurations are recorded and kept whereas Cache records the login info of the user. Please follow the below steps to clear your storage and cache.
1. MPM App info
In your android mobile phone, go to your MPM App. Press and hold on the app and it will pop up a box with items as shown below in the screenshots.
Note: Different Android mobiles have different system of showing the info. Below screenshots are from different Android mobiles. Choose the one which goes with your mobile and follow the steps accordingly.
On Samsung: Click on the info icon as indicated below

2. Storage
On Samsung: Scroll down and select ''Storage'' on the app info page.

3. Clear Storage
On Samsung: Select ''Clear data" at the bottom left of your screen.

4. OK
A dialogue box will appear. Press ‘ok’.
5. Clear Cache
Do the same steps from 3 to 4 with ‘Clear cache’ option that is next to Clear data/storage option.

And you have successfully cleared your app data!
We recommend clearing both clear storage and clear cache so that all the data related to the app is removed from the device.
