We have added a new permission named 'View Leaves For Other Employees' under Admin group which will allow the employees under that group to view all the leave requests of other employees.
All Leaves page will appear under the Appointment page category. Under All Leaves page, you can view the leaves of all your employees. To view the leaves, select the name of the employee from the drop-down and click Go. If you have access to this page then you can edit or delete the leaves of the employee as well.
Below are the directions to add the All Leaves page for a group:
1. Go to Admin and click on the key icon for the group you would want to have this permission.
2. Use the Description Filter to find the All leaves permission by typing 'View leaves' and click Filter.
3. Enable both the checkboxes R/W (Read and write) and R(Read) if you want the users to have permission to edit or delete the leaves of the employees or you can enable only the R(Read) to give access to view only. Click Save.
4. By Logging out and logging back in, the user for whom this permission is enabled will be able to view the All Leaves page under the Appointment page category!
