To ensure that the system Automatically closes Authorizations after Expiration Date follow these steps below:

1. Go to Site settings

2. Site Details & Rules

3. Site Configuration

4. Click on filter and search for code CAEA

5. If check box to Enable is selected the flag will ensure that the auth automatically move expired auths to the status of Closed.
