A new feature has been released which will allow you to view the uploaded files for any individual communications in the client profile under the Client Communications Widget.
In the Client Profile scroll to the Client Communication widget.
You can click on the expand icon at the top right hand of the widget or simply click on the Eye Icon for the entry you would like to see.
Once you have clicked on the Eye Icon a pop will appear where you are able to view the attachment linked to the communication.
