For a quick glance here is a video - Leaves created by client will appear in red on calendar view


In case of leave requested by client, the background for that day will be highlighted in "RED". If a scheduler goes to schedule an appt for that specific client on that day the system will not allow the appt to be created. 


The client will need to submit a leave request by going to:

1. Logging in to the web app

2. Client Leave

3. +Add Leave Icon at top right hand

4. Fill out the leave request and save.



When the scheduler goes to view the clients availability they will see that the clients calendar view is in Red.




If the scheduler attempts to create an appt for that date and time they will receive an error message.
