This article will help the users who have access to work on List View and Billing.


When the session is rendered and if you need to change the supervisor name then you can do it from Billing (Stage 1), and it will also update in the List View.


The below example will show you the changes make in supervisor name in billing and its reflection under the List View:


1. Go to Billing >>Manage Claims >>Process New Appointment(s)


2. Select the Cut Off Date. Usually it shows the present date but you can select any past date to pull. Click 'Continue'. Then select the Funding Source, Client name and click 'View'.


3. The rendered sessions that have not been billed till the selected cut off date will appear. To change the supervisor, click on the checkbox at the start of the session line. Then from the Action Type, choose 'Change Supervisor', select the supervisor name and Click 'Ok'. When the changes are done, you will receive the message ''Bill(s) have been updated successfully''.


4. Now to view the update in List View, go to Appointments >>List View. Select client name and date range and click Filter. For a session, click on the 'i' icon to view the session details.


5. Go to the Billing Tab and you would be able to see the updated Supervisor name!
