Rendering and Acting Supervisor names on Client List Print

Users who have access to view the Client list page can now view all the supervisors on client list.

Supervisor column will show all the names of Rendering and Acting Supervisors who are selected on all the client's Auths.

Note: The column will not show the supervisor names of the ''Closed'' Auths.
