A new system property is added to the soap notes that will show if the Home location is available for the client or not.
Map the "Client Home Location" property to the desired service type and save the changes.
If the client home location is there under the Locations widget weather marked as default location or not, it will show in the soap note.
In case if there are 2 home locations the system will pull the one with Default Location option. If the default location is set for none of the home locations the system will choose the latest location added.
If there are no home locations for the client, the soap note property will show blank.
