When the "Soap Note Mandatory" option is enabled for a service type then the supervisors or users with access to List View and Calendar View page would also not be able to render the session without filling the soap note.
To bypass this, you will need to enable the permission "Allow Appointment Render Without Soap Notes In List View And Calendar View" from the Admin page for the desired group.
Then the member of that group would be able to render the session from the Calendar View and List View page without filling in the soap note.
