When the "DRWS" flag is enabled then the supervisors or users with access to List View and Calendar View page would also not be able to render the session without adding the signature.

To bypass this, you will need to enable the permission "Allow Appointment Render Without Soap Notes In List View And Calendar View" from the Admin page for the desired group. Go to Admin page, click on the key icon to view this permission.
Make these changes and the member of that group would be able to render the session from the Calendar View and List View page without adding the signature!
