Overview

This guide was created to help users navigate MeasurePM's Quick Access Programs feature. Quick Access Programs are configured through the web application, and any saved changes are automatically reflected in the Mobile-App. This feature allows users to quickly access up to two designated programs from each data recording page during an appointment, eliminating the need to manually navigate to those programs each time. This guide demonstrates how supervisors can configure Quick Access Programs for each client.


Setting up Quick-Access Programs

  1. Open up the client clinical profile on the web-app
  2. Click the pencil  icon next to the header “Quick Access Programs”
  3. Use the drop down menu for Program 1 and Program 2 to select programs to assign as Quick-Access Programs. Click the save icon.
  • Program 1 will be the quick-access icon the left on the Mobile-App
  • Program 2 will be the quick-access icon on the right on the Mobile-App


WebMobile


On the Mobile-App, when the user, selects that quick-access icon, they will be taken directly to that program. The “Back-arrow” on the top left of the page will return them back to their original program.
