Overview

For 2 designated programs, a user can short-cut to 2 designated programs while recording data during an appointment on the Mobile-app, instead of a manually scrolling to them. The purpose of this guide is to demonstrate how supervisors can set up them up per client.

 

Setting up Quick-Access Programs

  1. Open up the client clinical profile on the web-app
  2. Click the pencil  icon next to the header “Quick Access Programs”
  3. Use the drop down menu for Program 1 and Program 2 to select programs to assign as Quick-Access Programs. Click the save icon.
    1. Program 1 will be the quick-access icon the left on the Mobile-App
    2. Program 2 will be the quick-access icon on the right on the Mobile-App

On the Mobile-App, when the user, selects that quick-access icon, they will be taken directly to that program The “Back-arrow” on the top left of the page will return them back to their original program.
