This new feature of Discounting in billing allows you to add a discount for a particular service type.
To enable this feature, please enable the DPBR Flag from the Site Configuration page under Site Settings.
Now you would be able to view the "Discount Percentage" option under all the service types. Enter the discount percentage for the required service type. As an example I have added the discount percentage as 10 for the DBT auth service.
In the Rate table under Site Settings, the Billing Rate for DBT is set as 100.
So now when you will bill the DBT session, you will see that the Charge per unit is discounted 10% as mentioned in the Auth Service.
