We have added a new Rule Configuration setting at the backend that will prevent sessions to be created on the Holiday even in the case of creating the recurring sessions.
Please create a Support ticket when the change of this rule configuration setting is required.
When there is a Holiday backend setting set for your site,
Note: Below screenshot is from the backend settings of a demo site.
And if we enable the Holiday Run and Prevent Rule for this new Rule Configuration setting to block scheduling appts on holidays from the backend,

{1. Run Rule: It allows to create session but shows the issue. (Backend setting)
2. Prevent Rule: This does not allow to create the session and also prevents at the time of creating sessions. (Backend setting)}
The system will not create sessions on the holiday. Even in the case of creating recurring sessions, the system will Prevent creating sessions on the holiday.
Below is an example where the recurring sessions are created from 7/12/2023 to 7/29/2023 twice a week.
As the Holiday Rule Configuration is enabled, the system prevented creating session on 7/12/2023.
