We have added 3 new System Soap Note Properties:
1. Agency Name
2. Place of Service
3. Provider Name
You can add these properties to the Soap Notes from Site Settings.
For the soap notes that are in draft or the ones that are to be submitted will show you these properties after getting added from the Soap Note Site Settings.
