We have added a new feature where the parents can download and print the Soap notes from their parent portal.
To provide the parent to have access to download the soap note you would need to enable the "Soap Note Download" checkbox located in their client biography.
After saving the changes, the parent would be able to view the download icon next to the submitted soap note under the Action option of My Appointments in the parent portal.
They would be able to view the download and print icons at the top left of the page.
