For a quick glance here is a video - My Appointment Message New Control

There is a new text box field added by the name "My Appointment Message" under the Manage Site Properties page of Site Settings that will show the text on the My Appointment page when added over here.

If there is no text added then the My Appointments page will show nothing at the top.
