Overview

We have added a new feature in appointments. We now have 5-minute appointment intervals that can be enabled to schedule appointments.

How to enable the 5-minute Intervals

Step 1: Click 'Site Setting' on the menu tap. (As shown in the image below)

Step 2: Click 'Site Details & Rules" on the menu tap. (As shown in the image below)

Step 3: Click 'Site Configuration' on the menu tap. (As shown in the image below)

Step 4: Search for code

 'SRTC' Description column 'If enabled, Scheduling and Rendering will allowed in 5-minute intervals in mobile and web apps'  (As shown in the image below)

Step 5: In the 'enable' column, click on the box for 'SRTC,' and you will see a checkmark appear. Then click save. (As shown in the image below)

Step 6:  You should see a green popup notification stating, "Site flag configuration saved successfully." (As shown in the image below)

How to view the 5-minute Intervals

Once you've enabled the 5-minute intervals in the site configuration, you will now see the 5-minute interval when adding/modifying appointments.

Step 1: Click 'Appointments' on the menu tap. Then, on "Calendar View." (As shown in the image below)

Step 2: Click on 'Add Appointment' (As shown in the image below)

Step 3: Under 'Schedule Start Date,' click the clock icon. (As shown in the image below)

Step 4: Select a schedule start date. (As shown in the image below)
