Overview
This article will provide you with the steps on how to change an appointment status to active or inactive.

How to change an appointment status
Step 1: Click 'Site Setting' on the menu tap. (As shown in the image below)
Step 2: Click 'Appointments' on the menu tap. (As shown in the image below)
Step 3: Click 'Appointment Status' on the menu tap. (As shown in the image below)
Step 4: In the Action column, click on the 'pencil icon' of the appointment name you would like to change status (As shown in the image below)
For example: "Confirmed By Office" displays "No" in the active column to indicate that this appointment name is not active and will not show in the status dropdown when creating an appointment. To change the status of "Confirmed By Office" to active, you would need to click on the pencil icon. (As shown in the image below)
Step 5: You will see 'Appointment Status' appear. In that section, you will see a checkmark box next to 'Active'. (As shown in the image below)
Notice that the checkmark box does not have a checkmark in it. Which indicates that "Confirmed By Office" is inactive. (As shown in the image below)
Step 6: Click on the checkmark box next to 'Active' until a checkmark appears, then click 'save'. (As shown in the image below)
Step 7: On that same page, you should then see in the "Active" column for "Confirmed By Office" display "Yes". This indicates that "Confirmed By Office is now active and should appear in the status section when creating appointments. (As shown in the image below)
How to view the appointment status
When creating appointments you will see the active appointment names.
Step 1: Click 'Appointments' on the menu tap. Then, on "Calendar View." (As shown in the image below)
Step 2: Click on 'Add Appointment' (As shown in the image below)
Step 3: Under 'Status,' click the clock icon. (As shown in the image below)
