Understanding the note stated in the appointments under list view. Important requirements needed to change providers for an appointment.

Note: When using List View to change providers for appointments, requirements for Credentials, Clearances, and Qualifications will only be checked if a Client, Auth, and Service Type are selected.
This means that if you want to change the provider for an appointment it is required to enter the 'Authorization' and the 'Service Type'. (As shown in the image below)
How to change the provider for an appointment
Below are the steps on how to change a provider for an appointment.
Step 1: Click 'Appointment' on the menu tap. (As shown in the image below)
Step 2: Click 'List View" on the menu tap. (As shown in the image below)
Step 3: Then select the appointment information. Remember it is required to enter the authorization & service type to change a provider for an appointment. Then click 'filter'. (As shown in the image below)
Step 4: Then in the 'Edit' column select the checkbox with the appointment and provider you want to change.

Step 5: On the bottom of the page, where it says 'Action', select 'Change Provider'. (As shown in the image below)
Step 6: You will then see another section appear with other providers. Select the provider you would like to change the appointment to. Afterward, click 'ok'. (As shown in the image below)
Step 7: You will then see a green popup message on the top right corner stating, "Provider Changed Successfully". You should then see the changed provider for that appointment. (As shown in the image below)
