Program Configurations
Formatting of Instructional Directions
There are several new formatting options available to users when entering instructional directions on the Web and Mobile-App in the site library and in the clinical profile. The available tool bar when editing is highlighted in the image below, and can enhance the organization and clarity of the protocol.
Enlarged Duration Button
Recording Duration Program data just became easier with a new magnifying icon! Selecting the small magnifying glass in the targets' bottom corner will expand that individual target on its own recording page. This new button is highlighted in the image below.
In addition to utilizing the magnifying feature, you can also turn on your Button Tap Audio within your app settings to receive audio feedback after selecting the play/pause icon from a recording screen.
Appointment History Expand View
Viewing past session data is now more efficient with the new expand option on Appointment History. Selecting the icon hides the graph view and expands the data view, allowing you to view more information on the screen. You can easily expand and collapse this view using the bi-directional arrowed icon in the top right hand corner.
Time Stamp with Phase Lines
Controlling the nuanced placement of phase lines within your data is now available with the selection of a date and time stamp. When adding/editing phase lines across program and behavior graphs on web or app you will now see a section for editing the date and time. The date and time chosen will effect where the phase line appears on the graph.
Program Edit History- BETA VERSION
Within the client profile and within individual programs you will see a new history icon. This feature is still under development and although you will see the icon present, and it is functional you will see some updates coming to it over the next few weeks.
The feature was developed to provider a record of changes that have been made to the client clinical profile, and the changes that have been made to individual program configurations. The goal is to show the date of the change, the person who made the change, the configuration prior to the change and the configuration now.
If selected from the profile a new page opens where you can view the history of program configurations across all programs within the profile (photo on the left).
If selected from the program configuration page a pop up opens where you can view the history of the chosen program (photo on the right).
ABC Data Notifications
When a staff member commits an ABC Data record, the supervisors indicated on the client profile can be alerred via notifications, if desired.
To enable these notifications:
1. Ensure supervisors are indicated within the profile 
2. Ensure the "Notify Supervisor when Incident Record is Committed" checkbox is selected
Now when an incident record is committed, the supervisor will be alerted within their notifications. Notifications are access by selecting the bell icon on the employee dashboard on the Mobile-App or by selecting the bell icon in the tool bar at the top of your web page.
ABC Data in Offline Mode
ABC Data is now available for collection in offline mode. At this time, when in offline mode, you will not be able to edit notes nor change the time stamp. These features are upcoming. Otherwise, all feature will be identical to that of online mode. Note that for the committed offline ABC Data to be saved, you need to upload the data once back in online mode.
