Overview
MeasurePM now offers users the ability to easily track changes made to program configurations within Client Clinical Profiles. This provides clinical teams with a clear audit trail of program modifications across time and providers.
The Program Edit History feature is only accessible on the Web-App, however, it will track changes made to client programs from both the Web and Mobile-App. Editing history can be accessed on the web via: (i) individual Client Clinical Profiles, and (ii) from the client’s program configuration screen.
Users with permission to access the Client Clinical Profile can also use the Program Edit History tool.
Client Clinical Profile
A new Program Edit History icon is displayed to the right of the graphing icon within the Client Clinical Profile. When selected, the user will be brought to a new screen where they can review any edits made to that client’s programs within the past 30 days.
By default, a 30-day date range will be selected. This can be modified to fewer days than the most recent 30, however, dates for more than 30 days prior cannot be selected.
Once Go is selected, a table will be displayed with expandable and collapsible rows.
As an overview, view the cumulative number of changes and the most recent edit date will be listed per program.
For a more detailed view, expand the rows for the following information:
1. Edited section and edited field
2. Provider who made the change
3. Date and time of change
4. Previous configurations
5. Change made
