Overview

MeasurePM has introduced a new update that blocks users from making any changes to session data once it has been populated into the staged billing.

Before:

Previously, if a session was pulled into "Process New Appointments," we currently prevent users to change auths/funding sources, however, users could still modify certain session details—such as location, status, time, etc.—from Calendar View, List View, or My Appointments.


New Update:

With the new update, there are now restrictions in place.  If a session is in the "Process New Appointments" stage, users will no longer be able to make ANY changes, including session time, provider, location, or status changes.


If a user attempts to make any changes in Calendar View, List View, or My Appointments to a session while the session is already pulled into "Process New Appointments" they will receive an error message.



How To Make Changes:

To resolve any mistakes or make any changes, users must go to "Process New Appointments," use the action button to make change, and then make the necessary changes.


Step 1: Click on 'Manage Invoice' on the menu tab

Step 2: Click on 'Process New Appointments' (blue button the the top right corner of the screen)

Step 3: Fill in the necessary information in the fields, then click 'View'

Step 4: Under the "#" column, select the session you wish to modify by clicking on the checkbox until a blue checkmark appears

Step 5: Below the table, in the 'Action Type' field dropdown, select the action
